Eimear Barry is a Dublin based Psychologist, Lecturer and Trainer who works in the area of learning and coaching.

Her specialist areas include: Leadership Development, Interpersonal Skills, Workplace Mental Health and Burnout. 

Prior to becoming a consultant Eimear was Head of Learning &Development for JP Morgan European Mutual Fund Services. 

She served as Chairperson for the HR Committee of the Irish Funds Industry Association. 

Eimear holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Post Graduate Diploma in HR and a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Education and Training. 

She has recently completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership, Creativity and Innovation, specialising in Workplace Burnout for her final project. 

She is a Member of the British Psychological Society. A Fellow of the IITD and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Eimear co-authored a book on Workplace Communication.
