Every member of the faculty has access to a dedicated support assistant who ensures each member gets the maximum possible benefit from their membership. Assistants will be fully aware of the benefits a member wants to get get from membership.
With standard membership, you will have a quarterly two-hour meeting, a monthly phone call and ongoing email dialogue with your support assistant. The level of assistance for members wanting additional products and services will be determined during a consultation to define the scope of the package or requirements.
For smaller specialist agencies, levels of assistance will also be determined in a consultation to design your corporate membership package.
