Julie Flower

Julie is an experienced management consultant, coach and organisational development practitioner with an interest in developing adaptive leadership.  She has a varied public and private sector management background, including as a senior commissioner of health services.  Julie enjoys working with leaders and teams in complex, uncertain and changing systems to help them collaborate more effectively, innovate and adapt.  As an improvised comedy performer, she can also use creative techniques to energise development, leading to both improved performance and more joyful, dynamic teams.

 

As an eclectically-trained coach, Julie brings a range of techniques in order to best suit the needs of the individual or team.  She believes that developing more facilitative leaders is the route to more innovative and adaptive organisations.

 

Julie studied History at Cambridge and also hold an MBA in Public Service Management. She holds the ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring Certificate and the Certificate in Systemic Team Coaching.   Julie is currently studying for the Henley Business School MSc in Coaching and Behaviour Change, which has a strong neuroscience component.
